We want every buyer to feel confident. Here is how returns and refunds work with BargainBashers in Namibia.
Eligibility window
Returns or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or collection.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories.
- Digital goods and top-ups are not eligible once delivered or downloaded.
- Damage or defects on arrival should be reported immediately with photos.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item or evidence of an issue.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or misrepresented.
- Where inspection is required, funds remain on hold until the review is completed.
How to request a return or refund
Step 1
Email hendrik@bargainbashers.online with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Step 2
Our team replies within one business day with return instructions or troubleshooting steps.
Step 3
Send the item using the provided courier details or arrange drop-off where available.
Step 4
Refunds are processed after inspection or confirmation from the seller and courier.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or unresolved, contact us first at hendrik@bargainbashers.online. We can often resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. If you proceed with a chargeback, provide your bank with the order number and correspondence for faster processing.
