Dispute resolution

Our team mediates every dispute to keep Bargain Bashers safe. Follow these steps for the fastest outcome.

1. Report the issue

Open the order in your dashboard and click “Report a problem.” Include photos, screenshots, or delivery receipts so we can investigate quickly.

2. Mediation & evidence review

A dispute specialist reviews both sides, checks tracking data, and may request additional proof. We aim to respond within 12 hours.

3. Resolution & payout

We release funds when the dispute is resolved. If the buyer is refunded, the item must be returned or proof of non-delivery provided.

Keep your dispute moving

  • Always communicate through Bargain Bashers chat so we can see the full conversation.
  • Upload delivery proof (tracking number, signed receipt, or photo) within 24 hours of handover.
  • For buyers, record unboxing videos when receiving high-value items to document the condition.
