Delivery & Shipping Policy
Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens if there is an issue.
Delivery regions
We primarily deliver across Namibia. Regional coverage includes:
- Namibia (default)
- Cross-border on request
Contact us for availability before placing orders that require cross-border handling.
Timelines & fees
- Fulfillment: 1-2 business days to hand over to courier.
- Shipping: 2-5 business days depending on destination.
- Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and courier rates.
Tracking details are shared via email/SMS as soon as the courier accepts the parcel.
If delivery cannot be completed
If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, we will:
- Contact you via email/phone to arrange a new delivery window or collection point.
- Hold the item for up to 7 days; storage or re-delivery fees may apply.
- Initiate a return to the seller if we cannot reach you, subject to the Returns & Refunds policy.
Order tracking & support
Tracking links and delivery status updates are provided once your parcel is in transit. If tracking is unavailable, email hendrik@bargainbashers.online with your order number.
